01 — Our Story
It started with one rental.
Davis Southern Property Holdings began with Franky Davis’s first rental during his orthopedic residency. In his second year, a community bank financed $650,000 for the family. By the end of residency, the portfolio had grown to 57 doors.
The company has grown from there, property by property, with a deliberate decision to invest in Moultrie. It is the community we call home, and a place we take real pride in.
Today, our goal is simple: quality, well-maintained rentals for residential and business tenants, backed by a local owner and team who are responsive and invested in Moultrie’s future.

03 — Meet the Founder
Franky Davis, MD
Founder, Davis Southern Property Holdings
Franky is an orthopedic surgeon and real estate investor. What began with a rental during residency grew into a family-owned company focused on the community he calls home.
His approach to Davis Southern is straightforward: invest locally, look after the properties and be responsive to the people who live and work in them.
